SV	Alzo kwam David tot Saul, en hij stond voor zijn aangezicht; en hij beminde hem zeer, en hij werd zijn wapendrager.
WLC	וַיָּבֹ֤א דָוִד֙ אֶל־שָׁא֔וּל וַֽיַּעֲמֹ֖ד לְפָנָ֑יו וַיֶּאֱהָבֵ֣הֽוּ מְאֹ֔ד וַֽיְהִי־לֹ֖ו נֹשֵׂ֥א כֵלִֽים׃
Trans.	wayyāḇō’ ḏāwiḏ ’el-šā’ûl wayy^a‘ămōḏ ləfānāyw wayye’ĕhāḇēhû mə’ōḏ wayəhî-lwō nōśē’ ḵēlîm:

AC	כא ויבא דוד אל שאול ויעמד לפניו ויאהבהו מאד ויהי לו נשא כלים
ASV	And David came to Saul, and stood before him: and he loved him greatly; and he became his armorbearer.
BE	And David came to Saul, waiting before him: and he became very dear to Saul, who made him his servant, giving him the care of his arms.
Darby	And David came to Saul, and stood before him; and he loved him greatly; and he became his armour-bearer.
